Brief Description of Changes: Additional rot in the deck support beam was
discovered when deck demolition was completed, requiring replacement of the
rotted beam section. To have sufficient support strength, the restored beam will
need to be supported by a new 4x6 post from below. The structural engineer has
updated the repair design accordingly, and those updated documents are
