I'm the HOA President of Edmonds Park Townhouses at 610 Daley St. in downtown Edmonds. The
upper deck of Unit B has developed rot in the support beam joint which is causing the deck to sag.
We have contracted with Sidesway Engineering of Edmonds to develop a structural repair design
(documentation is included in this application) to correct this problem and would like to proceed
with the permitting process to enable us to complete the required repairs this summer.
We'd appreciate your prompt attention to this permit request, which is a relatively minor repair but
will ensure the deck will be safe to use for the owners of Unit B.
