Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, all disturbed soils shall be compost amended per Edmonds standard detail SD-642. 2. Site shall be permanently stabilized. 3. The gravel shall be removed from the edge of the cul-de-sac onto the property 5' and from the property line to the driveway. This area shall be compost amended and permanently stabilized per the approved site plan. 4. Footing drains were installed around the building however the discharge point was not inspected. Please expose the discharge point for the footing drains. THE ACTIONS OR CORRECTIONSINDICATED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO BE CORRECTED BY: prior to final approval OR PENALTIES MAY BE APPLIED.
