There is a submission require of the WSEC Compliance form that I am asking to be waived.
Based on the Excel document and the online worksheet on the WSEC website, there is a
strong emphasis on the HVAC and associated HVAC equipment, and less emphasis and
detail regardingthe refrigeration side of the project, which is the scope of workwe bid and
were asked to focus on. Instead, many references to relevant WSEC regarding refrigeration
systems have been detailed and made on the planset itself to refer to.
