This project is a tenant improvement. This facility has already been protected by a fire sprinkler system. Columbia fire is adding
and/or relocating sprinkler heads to accommodate the new tenant walls, ceilings, lighting and/or HVAC layout. All work will be done
without affection the capability of the existing sprinkler system; Therefor, no new hydraulic calculations are necessary.
Columbia fire design will comply with NFPA 13 (2019 Edition) and City of Edmonds standards.
