1. Prior to receiving final construction approval from the Engineering Division, a fire/aid address
sign shall be installed with the house address at the end of the driveway. This sign shall be
made per Edmonds standard detail TR-570. The city can provide the sign for a $119.00
fabrication fee. If you would like the city to provide the sign please email
engineeringpermits (a, edmondswa. gov.
2. Provide a new stormwater covenant draft for the city to review prior to recording with
Snohomish County. The city will sign the stormwater covenant for the applicant to get recorded
with Snohomish County. Once recorded return a copy of the recorded document to the city.
3. Provide an asbuilt drawing from the project engineer.
