Dear To Whom This May Concern,
The board of directors of the Park Place at Edmonds Condo Association are aware of the planned
repairs and everything entailed for Unit D101. We and our contracted management company,
Morris Management Inc, are working with the owner to repair their unit after a water loss due to a
burst sprinkler pipe.
The owner has selected Pure Dry Restoration, with Erik Carlson as the project lead, to complete the
full repairs of the unit. The board and HOA are not paying for the repairs to the interior unit and are
otherwise uninvolved in the repair work.
We, the board are authorizing the owner to elect their own vendor for the repairs and are happy to
move forward with the repairs from Pure Dry Restoration, at the owner's recommendation.
