BUILDING DEPARTMENT:
I am writing as President of the Parkview Twins Homeowners Association to authorize
this application for required building permits for Deck 517B.
This matter has been discussed with the HOA and I have been authorized by them to
submit this application.
Please contact me if I may be of any additional assistance in the process. We will also
be submitting a separate application for Deck 517D.
I will include a separate authorization letter with that application.
