Our firm has conducted periodic field reviews during the construction phase of the
waterproof membrane replacement project at Buildings 45 and 65 of the Pt. Edwards
Condominiums. It is our professional judgment that the specified repairs were
completed in general accordance with our repair documents, appropriate to satisfy the
requirements of RCW 64.55.005 through RCW 64.55.090 for those portions of the
building that were repaired.
