This is the area where the board walk (owned by the city) is higher in elevation which allows people to stand and stare into our yard which impacts our daily operations. This is the only section of the fence line that allows the public visibility into our daycare yard. The woven willow is permeable to allowing high winds to keep from blowing down the barrier, yet allows for enough visibility obstruction to keep people from impacting our daily operations.
