have trees obstructing people
from talking to the dogs and
throwing things over the fence.

where the board walk (owned by the city) is higher in elevation which allows people to stand and stare
into our yard which impacts our daily operations. This is the only section of the fence line that allows the
public visibility into our daycare yard.

These are images of what we would plan to use as material for the fence extension. The woven willow is
permeable to allowing high winds to keep from blowing down the barrier, yet allows for enough visibility
obstruction to keep people from impacting our daily operations.
