All indoor fan motors meet the U.S. Energy Policy Act of 1992 (EPACT). Multi -Speed Indoor Fan System Multi -speed indoor fan system is designed for use in applications for meeting the minimum requirement of CA Title 24. This system incorporates amulti-speed fan control to change the speed of the fan to 67% of full airflow based off of compressor stages. Controls Unit shall be completely factory -wired with necessary controls and contactor pressure lugs or terminal block for power wiring. Unit shall provide an external location for mounting a fused disconnect device. A choice of microprocessor or electromechanical controls shall be available. Microprocessor controls provide for volt control functions. The resident control algorithms shall make all heating, cooling, and/or ventilating decisions in response to electronic signals from sensors measuring indoor and outdoor temperatures. The control algorithm maintains accurate temperature control, minimizes drift from set point, and provides better building comfort. A centralized Microprocessor shall provide anti -short cycle timing and time delay between compressors to provide a higher level of machine protection. Phase monitor Phase monitor shall provide 100% protection for motors and compressors against problems caused by phase loss, phase imbalance, and phase reversal. Phase monitor is equipped with an LED that provides an ON or FAULT indicator. There are no field adjustments. The module will automatically reset from a fault condition. Human Interface The Human Interface shall have a 5 inch color touchscreen display that conforms to FCC Part 15 Class B with an Ingress Protection Rating of IP24.The display text shall be readable by a person with 20/20 vision at a distance of 3 feet and 60° angle at lighting levels ranging from 100 lux - 25,000 lux. Also, the display shall operate at temperatures of -40° C to 70° C. Note: IECC 2015 section C403.2.4.7.1 requires differential return air sensor, which must be ordered separately. 4. AMCA: Outside air and return air (volume) dampers are AMCA Class 1A rated at 1" w.g. Refer to MicroMetl NS1 catalog sheet on web site for details. Relief air dampers (when provided) are also AMCA rated. Refer to GR1 series catalog sheet on web site for details. Features: • Gear driven design for trouble -free operation, eliminating slippage and binding associated with standard linkage. • Includes assembled rainhood with aluminum water entrainment filters in the outside air section. AIR IERNRGF • Rainhood is sloped for water run-off. RIR PERfORR1RR6E • Power exhaust options available. • Logic wiring is field supplied and installed between the commercial 2 stage thermostat and HVAC low voltage terminal board. MicroMetl Corporation certifies that the models GR1 and NS1 shown herein are licensed to bear the AMCA Seal. The ratings shown are based on tests and procedures performed in accordance with AMCA Publication 511 and comply with requirements of the AMCA Certified Ratings Programs. The AMCA Certified Ratings Seal applies to Air Leakage and Air Performance ratings. The Information contained in this drawing is the sole property of Micrometl Corporation.
