5. Written Proposal.
a. The South facing wall of 111 Sunset Ave N in Edmonds WA is a wall that is visible from
Main Street all the way up to Pine Street. This is an opportunity to turn what is currently
just a white wall into something beautiful that captivates the stunning beauty of this
region. The Mural will show the unique beauty of having both majestic mountains next
to the beauty of the water. It will highlight and enhance the area and provide those
waiting in the ferry line with something beautiful to view.

b. Maintenance should be non existent as the material used is designed to last. Here is a

i. Should maintenance be required, ownership will work with the ownership of
101 Main Street to complete.
c. The mural shall take 1 week to complete from approximately June 4th through the 111n
