The HOA of Daley Place Condominiums seeks to have the fence next to the alley, along with
15' on both the east and west of it, replaced.
The new fence would be the same height and be in the same location as what has been in
place since the building was constructed in 1982-3. The fence still has the same siding on
it as the building does.
