We are proposing to replace dilapidated and broken
fencing with new fencing along the south property line
of the residential property located at 838 Fir Street
(Parcel No. 00619401201000). The proposed fencing to
be installed includes segments of three types of
fencing: 1) chain link fencing 48" tall, 2) six-foot cedar
panel fencing, and 3) six-foot cedar panel fencing with a
20-inch craftsman -style topper. The location of these
