We the HOA board for La Mirada condominium association (23616 79th Ave W,
Edmonds WA, 98026) approve the following work to be done on the HOA property.
- Fence rebuild around side yard of unit 1 (owner Rex Welling). Replacing destroyed 3ft
fence with 6 ft tall cedar fence.
We fully authorize Matthew Gebhart (unit 4 owner) and Rex Welling (unit 1 owner) to
complete work and manage the permitting process.
