Installation of a black chain link fence with fabric to prevent tresspass an further damage to our
40 to 50 trees that have been nurtured for years. Fence is 6' high, 146' long on east side and 88'
Description of on sw side of lower corner. Each post has cement support ( going down at least 2 ft with rebar

the forest is still available above fence because of the hill slope. A reenct survey marks the
boundary and fence is inside boundary. Fence is designed to provide additional support to the
hillside.

Southeast corner of property behind the garage and the
house. The area has a road (built by the city of
Edmonds years ago as a way into the valley) and cedar
trees along the road. The fence is adjacent to the trees
inside the survey lines ( which was recently marked).
The fence is 146 feet long on the east side and 88 feet
long on the sowthwest side. The fence is located in the
forest and mainly visible to us. No streams, drainage
courses, fire hydrants, water metes or power poles. No
adjacent streets, alleys , access easements of
driveways near the fence.
