On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit
application. During review, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that the
permit can be final-ed:
1) Fence Height: During inspection of the project on June 18, 2024, it was found that
the fence exceeds the 6-foot height limit (ECDC 17.30.0101(13)) as measured from
the top of the fence to the lowest original grade (ECDC 17.30.000(C)). Please modify
the fence so that it meets the requirements of Chapter 17.30 ECDC.
