Laurie Perkins, a condo owner who resides in one of the condos at our 4-condo building at 515
Walnut Street in Edmonds, is planning to install a mini split air conditioner/heat pump unit in her
condo. She has reviewed the installation project with our HOA and has received approval from the
HOA members to move forward with that installation. CM heating will be installing the unit during
the week of April 29.
I understand the City of Edmonds wants confirmation that the project was approved by the HOA. It
was approved at our HOA meeting on April 23.
