lot in Fairway Ridge OA.
Please be advised that the Fairway Ridge OA Architectural Committee (ARC) has reviewed and
�y approved your plans as submitted for The AC Installation plan. Please keep in mind, the main
concern is to make sure any penetration of the siding is sealed properly to prevent water
penetration and rot.
All Fairway Ridge OA CC&R and Design Guidelines stipulations apply, as do those of the local
city/county jurisdiction.
Please complete all projects in a timely manner. If permits are required from the local jurisdiction, it
is your responsibility to obtain them. Please be advised that should your improvement alter the
drainage characteristics of your property, it may void your builder warranty.
