My client is considering modifying their residence, and they are proposing the following scope of work.
Scope of Work:
Interior work (Main Level): Already existing AFH: To modify the NW corner of the main level of the house for
better circulation in pursuit of an additional sleeping area. This modification consents to modify/remodel the
existing kitchen area, incorporate a new hallway for better circulation/ access to the newly reprogrammed
design of the new bedrooms and caregiver room/office, and remodel the existing bathroom.
Exterior Work: New small ramp for the front and back entry access
