Authorization for Certa Building Solutions
To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to inform the City of Edmonds, Planning and Development Department that we have
engaged Certa Building Solutions to assist our community with design and construction oversight
services related to exterior enclosure repairs at our community. In their capacity as the designer
of record, they will be submitting drawing packages for permit review. During various projects that
we expect to occur, they will be our primary point of contact for communications with the City of
Edmonds for the work. As required, we will notify the City of Edmonds when Contractor(s) are
selected to perform the work at our community at future dates.
