Dear Development Services Permit Processing:
Project Description: WA6272 AT&T Upgrades
I am submitting an application for Land Use Approval services for WCF modification. The modifications will
be taking place on an existing tower site located at: 9617 Firedale Ave. The height of the structure and the lease
space will not be affected by this scope of work. The scope of work qualifies as an Eligible Facilities Request for
a minor modification under Section 6409a. (Please note: all work will be performed wholly within the existing
premises and utility easements; this site is free of any concealment features; and the project otherwise complies
with the site's original conditions of approval.) The pole and pole mounted antennas and equipment shall
remain painted brown. No changes are proposed to the chain -link fencing and exterior of equipment shelters.
