I am in the process of preparing an Eligible Facility Request for a Personal Wireless Service Facility with the City of Seatac This proposal is for
AT&T equipment upgrades at 9617 Firedale Ave. According to the application checklist. "a notarized letter signed by the applicant stating that the
personal wireless service facilities will comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including specifically FCC and FAA regulations, and all
City codes' is required for submittal. This letter shall serve as the required document for submission.
The personal wireless service facility will comply with all applicable federal law and state laws. Specifically the facility will comply with Chapter
80.36 RCW put into effect by the Washington State Legislature, the antenna usage will not interfere with other adjacent or neighboring
transmission or reception communications signals.
The personal wireless service facility will comply with all applicable FCC & FAA regulations. Specifically, the proposed personal wireless service
facility, together with all other transmitting antennas on the site, is consistent with all FCC radio frequency radiation exposure guidelines. Also, the
proposed personal wireless service facility does not exceed the threshold at which an Environmental Assessment is required according to FCC Title
47 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Section 1.1307, Actions that may have a significant environmental effect, for which Environmental
Assessments (EA's) must be prepared.
The personal wireless service facility will comply with all applicable codes & ordinances as required by the Seatac Municipal Code (KMC).
Specifically, the facility will comply with Chapter 117-Wireless Service Facilities of the KMC.
