This letter is to detail the post -permit changes proposed to the McDonald's remodel on
Highway 99. Below is a sheet by sheet accounting of changes. These changes are also
clouded in the revised PDF set of drawings.
• CV.0 Cover Sheet
o Sheets SP1, SD4 & A4.0 added to Sheet Index
o New drive-thru window and 'Order Here' canopies added to Scope of Work
• SP1 Site Plan
o New sheet added to set per jurisdiction request. This sheet shows the
existing lanes for the drive-thru side of the store.
o Order Here canopies are located and called out as being replaced.
o Curbed landscape island with pre -browse board and gateway is being
removed in its entirety.
• Sheet SD4
o Sheet added to show details of new Order Here canopies being installed on
existing foundations.
• Sheet A1.0 Floor Plans
o Demo and Proposed Plans revised to show new drive-thru window being
added in existing opening.
