WAY MARGIN OF CEDAR STREET AS BEING SOUTH 87°49'08" EAST.
4. VERTICAL DATUM: NAVD88 US SURVEY FEET AS DETERMINED BY THE WASHIGNTON STATE REFERENCE NETWORK (WSRN) GPS OBSERVATIONS.

5. PROPERTY LINES SHOWN HEREON ARE BASED ON CLIENT PROVIDED SURVEY FROM TRI-COUNTY LAND SURVEYING COMPANY DATED OCTOBER 2009
AND SIGNED ON JANUARY 15, 2010. HELD TRI-COUNTY SURVEY AND ROTATED THEIR SURVEY USING THE FRONT TWO CORNERS OF THE PROPERTY AS
