The wood framed building consists of two stories above car ports. Rot was discovered in a beam supporting the deck joists above the carport and in the floor sheathing. The proposed repairs involve removing and replacing all rotted wood with new members of similar size and material. The exact extent of the repairs will be determined during construction. Scope of Work We will provide stamped structural calculations in accordance with the current building code.
