To Whom it may concern:
As the board president of Town Squire Owners Association I, Colin Cole, authorize
Reserve Consultants LLC to provide architectural services for the required specifications
to repair the common area walkways and stairs throughout the community. Reserve
Consultants LLC is further authorized to seek bids to complete the work. Once a bid has
been awarded, Reserve Consultants LLC is authorized to oversee and manage the
construction project.
