To whom it may concern,
I, Nicholas Sharpe, as the HOA President of La Mar Heights Condominium Association, do
authorize Nicholas and Anna Sharpe to remove the existing deck structure on 8806 Shell Place
and replace existing deck structure with a new deck. The work (both removal of old deck and
construction of new deck) will be performed by a licensed contractor.
