Dear City of Edmonds,
The Edgewood Condominium at 1110 5t" Avenue South, Edmonds WA 98020, requires repairs at the
south wall of our building. We have hired Keith Soltner of Soltner Group Architects (SGA) to manage the
project on behalf of our Association. We wish to have the repairs completed as soon as possible before
the rainy fall weather sets in.
Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Edgewood Owners Association, authorize SGA to submit for
permit for the targeted wall repairs project at our building.
Thank you in advance for expediting the permitting process as quickly as is possible.
