Master Bath Refurbish.
Demolition: Scope of work:
• Remove existing bath vanities. Qyt. 2
• Remove existing tub and file substrate.
• Remove existing shower and file substrate.
• Remove existing floor file and substrate.
• Remove existing toilet. (To be reused.)
• Remove non load bearing shower partition wall. Contractor shall verify.
• Remove toilet half wall to accommodate for larger vanity.
• Note: No alterations to townhouse demising wall or any perimeter walls in bathroom.
• Any damage to existing walls sheetrock, due to demolition of file wall area or plumbing, shall be
patched and finished with new sheetrock.
Finishes: Scope of work:
Furnish and install new bath vanity, w/ new sink and faucet adjacent to toilet.( original location.)
Furnish and install new low profile soaking tub and faucet. ( At previous tub vanity location.)
Furnish and install new acrylic shower pan w/ new waterproof membrane finished with quartz
panel slabs.
Furnish and install new shower plumbing drain, valve, hand held faucet sprayer and shower
head.
Furnish and install new grab bars at tub and shower locations.
Furnish and Install new shower glass. Separate Plumbing Permit Required.
Furnish and Install new vinyl tile. Please apply via MyBuildingPermit.com
Furnish and install new paint at walls and ceilings.
