I, Pamela Abernathy as HOA chair, have reviewed the remodeling plans for Unit 1 at Sunset View
Condos. Sunset View HOA and owners of Unit 3 and 4 have no financial obligations either current of
future for the windows and entry door replacements for Unit 1. Owner of Unit 1 will incur all expenses,
and any payments cannot be applied towards current or future HOA obligations.
