Re: Reconstruction of Unit 123A
This letter is to authorize Chermak Construction to complete the renovations on Unit 123A as delineated
in the Contract Agreement between Dean & Linda Strong, owners, and Chermak Construction dated June
25, 2024, and apply for any work permits as required by Edmonds City Ordinance on behalf of the
owners.
The Board of Directors for Sunset 121 Condominiums are Steve Cooley, Loretta Sorenson and Dean
Strong, who did, by Unanimous Written Consent transmitted by email on July 1', 2024, approve a
resolution of authorization.

The city is requiring we have a Authorization letter from your HOA stating they authorize to do
