Our records indicate that the static pressure in the area is 74 psi, and the water main is 8-inch ductile iron pipe. Could you please confirm if the new fire sprinkler system is designed as a flow -through system? This information is necessary to determine if a backflow prevention device will be required. If the system is not a flow -through system, it will require a double check installed out by the water meter.
