Re: Notification of upcoming internal construction work
To Whom it May Concern:
This letter serves to notify the appropriate offices of the City of Edmonds that the La Fave
Condominium Association of Apartment Owners (La Fave HOA) has contracted with the
TK Elevator company, through its office at 917 134th St SW, Everett, WA 98204,
425-438-0309, for the modernization of the sole elevator in our building located at
201 3rd Ave N in Edmonds. TK Elevator and its subcontractors for this project are authorized to
contact for their own requirements and on our behalf the appropriate offices of the City of
Edmonds for the permitting, inspection, licensing, or other purposes related to this project. The
project is estimated to begin sometime in January or February of 2024 and to be completed in
March or April 2024.
