Per request of the field inspector, we are submitting this permit request for the repair of the existing
front porch deck system.
There is no proposed change to porch framing layout, we are merely replacing/repairing any degraded framing
members, railing, and decking as needed. We are proposing the removal of an existing section of deck to reduce
the overall size, as the size of the existing porch is larger than necessary.
