Review Comments from each division Plan Reviewer. Note that all current revisions on the
Resubmittal Drawings or Calculations have been identified with Revision "cloud".

Architectural:
1.) Note: There were no identified Plan Review Correction Items for the Architectural Drawings
submitted. I have, however, modified the Project Data on the Title Sheet A to indicate the
current Governing Codes as being the 2021 version of IRC, IMC, IFC, and Uniform Plumbing
Code.
Structural:
1./2.) Please refer to the Resubmittal of Calculations and Drawings from Upstate Engineering,
Inc., dated 21 June 2024, which addresses the implications of utilizing the 2021 City -
adopted Codes for this project.
3.) Please see the Resubmittal Package which includes a signed and dated copy of the required
Special Inspection and Testing Agreement.
4.) Please refer to the Resubmittal of Calculations and Drawings form Update Engineering, Inc.,
dated 21 June 2024, for specified use of stainless steel connectors for this project.

My office is hopeful that this response letter supporting the formal Resubmittal of Drawings as
requested will be sufficient response to the Plan Review Corrections as noted by City of Edmonds
Building Department. Please advise if I can provide any further information or clarification in order for
the General Building Permit to be issued.
