Dear City of Edmonds,
Regarding the above -mentioned project, the Owner has decided to make a couple of revisions to the
permitted project, in an effort to reduce construction costs.
These revisions involve the following:
• Removing the `window wall' (from the west facade) from the design, and simply `squaring off' the
existing windows.
• Reducing the roof eaves on the north & south down to 2'-0" (from 4'-0"), to match all of the other
eave dimensions on the home.
A revised plan set has been uploaded to the project portal, with all revisions `clouded' with a "delta 1".
Please refer to Architectural sheets A1.50 thru A1.53, A2.11 thru A2.13, and A6.02, as well as the
Structural sheets & calculations for these revisions.
