Response to Plan Review Comments from Marisa Rutler
General:
1. The purpose of this project is to retroactively permit existing work for the property.
Construction has for the most part been completed and there should be very limited
debris generated from the project.
2. Materials for the ceiling and walls appear to be'/2 drywall made of gypsum.
3. Photos have been attached to this document. Upper floor plan was not produced
because no work will be performed there and appears consistent with the original home.
4. Bedroom 1: 121 sgft, Bedroom 2: 108 sgft, Living Room: 202 sgft, Bathroom: 73 sgft,
Garage: 588 sgft.
5. Framing, Drywall and Insulation specs
a. Framing: 2x4 studs, 16 inches apart on center, anchored to slab
b. Drywall: 5/8" thick (gypsum -thickness for fire rating)
c. Insulation: R15
6. This is a project where the construction already exists. Gypsum drywall appears to be'/2"
for the walls and ceilings in the living space.
7. Shower exists in the downstairs bathroom and has a sink and drains already installed.
Pictures attached.
8. Fan has an approximate throughput of 4,000 CFM
9. Picture of dryer exhaust attached.
