Converting an existing room into a bathroom. No structural changes to the existing walls of the
room are planned. A small non -load bearing 38" L wall will be added to enclose the shower. A
Description of total of three bathroom fixtures will be added to the room: 1 toilet, 1 shower, and 1 double sink
Work: vanity. New plumbing will be added to support the new bathroom fixtures and will tie into existing
water pipes and main sewer/drain within the crawl space. A dedicated 20amp circuit already
exists for the room. All three power outlets on the circuit will be converted to GFCI. Flooring and
shower will be tiled surfaces with required sub -floor waterproofing.
