Hello,
We were contracted by the GC Western Enterprises and also the homeowner Michelle Eddy.
Our contract was to install both ducted and ductless multi zone Mitsubishi systems in the
home, Upon partial installation the homeowner has decided to move on to a different GC
along with a new HVAC company. She has told us that our services are no longer needed or
wanted, this is preventing us from finishing the current installation along with the remaining
equipment.
To date we have installed a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ODU and branch box with a single
ceiling cassette in the lower living area. There were plans for another AHU to come off the
branch box. The equipment that was installed is up to code with only some insulation and UV
wrap to go to the line sets as we did not want to do this until all of the units were installed.
Now that we are unable to return to the property we need to be released from this project.
