Main Floor Changes
Kitchen Changes:
- Remove wall containing pocket door on west side of existing kitchen. We know this is not a load bearing
wall because it is parallel to the 2nd floor joists (confirmed visually with a prior 2nd floor flooring
replacement) and there is no wall directly above it on the 2nd floor.
- Replace all cabinets, removing existing return and extend cabinetry along exterior wall.
- Replace gas range with electric and move to south side of kitchen along exterior wall.
- New hood and exhaust vent above new range location.
- New sink and dishwashers.
- Electric wall oven/cabinets along north side wall of kitchen.
- New refrigerator in existing fridge location.
- Cabinets with counter area installed in existing nook behind 1/2 bath wall.
- New flooring.
- New light fixtures.
1/2 Bath Changes:
- Replace flooring/vanity/toilet.
- Convert second access door (to room labeled "Dining Room" on as -built) to wall.
3/4 Bath Changes:
- Replace flooring/pedestal sink.
- Remove pony wall between sink and toilet.
- Replace tile/flooring.
- New shower fixture.
