Dear Ms. Haas,
My apologies for the confusion. There are no retaining walls proposed for this project. There are a number
of existing RR Tie retaining walls at the South (rear) yard and can be seen on the submitted topographical
survey. I believe they are all below 3 feet in height. I should have labeled them "existing", but everything
is existing, except straightening of about 10 feet of walkway in the front yard, and the patio below the
deck replacement.
