Brief Description of Changes: Prior to demo: the structural engineers expected
a structural support beam running perpendicular to the joists in the main level
ceiling. After demo, it was determined that there was no beam. Instead the joists
ran the width of the house. To ensure proper support, engineers recommended
addition of sister joists in main level ceiling / top level floor.
