THE GIVEN PROJECT ENTAILS A PARTIAL REMODEL OF THE LOWER LEVEL,
WHICH WILL CREATE A RECREATIONAL AREA, AS WELL AS A PARTIAL REMODEL
OF THE UPPER LEVEL.
IN TOTAL, AN AREA OF 1,571 S.F. WILL UNDERGO REMODELING (188 S.F. ON THE
LOWER LEVEL AND 1,383 S.F. ON THE UPPER LEVEL).
THE EXISTING KITCHEN ON THE LOWER LEVEL WILL BE EXTENDED AND
TRANSFORMED INTO A NEW, COMFORTABLE RECREATIONAL AREA. PLEASE
REFER TO SHEETS A2.0 AND A2.1 FOR THE EXISTING/DEMO PLANS AND THE NEW
PLAN.
THE UPPER -LEVEL KITCHEN WILL BE REORGANIZED, AND A NEW PANTRY WILL
BE ADDED. THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR WILL BE WIDENED, TAKING INTO
ACCOUNT THE SIDE WINDOW. ADDITIONALLY, THE REAR DOOR WILL BE
RELOCATED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. THE AREA ABOVE THE GARAGE
WILL BE ENTIRELY DEMOLISHED, INCLUDING THE WALLS AND ROOF. WITHIN
THESE BOUNDARIES, A NEW MASTER BEDROOM, MASTER BATHROOM, WALK-IN
CLOSET, POWDER ROOM, LAUNDRY ROOM, AN ADDITIONAL BEDROOM, AND
THREE CLOSETS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED. PLEASE VIEW THEM ON A/A2.3.
THE PEAK OF THE NEW ROOF WILL CONFORM TO THE BUILDING CODE, AS
SHOWN IN ELEVATION A/A3.0.
IT'S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO EXPANSION BEYOND THE
EXISTING SURFACES.
