Hello Christina,
In accordance with our conversation yesterday, I am writing this email to request that the permit
submittal for the project at 18703 79th Place West in Edmonds be finalized without having to
reinstate the permit application and fees.
The mitigating circumstances in this situation are as follows:
I, Vincent A Sessa, PE was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma Blood and Bone Cancer in late
2021. This disease produces severe blood anemia and bone lesions and tumors that make it very
difficult to function on a daily basis.
During 2022 I have been on constant Chemo Therapy to relieve the symptoms listed. I am now
getting close to remission and have resumed full time work.
We have finally resubmitted all the plans for the project in accordance with the plan check
received. We have also prepared the permit application for the CUP aspect of the project.
I would sincerely appreciate any mercy you can see fit to bestow on this situation. My wife and I
will be living in the ADU upon completion.
