2. Existing cement and brick walkway along edge of existing house, which passes alongside the new building location will remain, but originally
proposed walkway covering has been deleted from plan.
3. Filter socks to be added to any catch basins downstream from the construction site per City standard detail ER-902
4. All disturbed areas to be compost amended per 2014 SWMMWW BMP T.5.13.
5. Install and maintain all Temporary Erosion and Sediment Controls (TESL) measures according to approved plans,
City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction.
a. ER-900 Filter Fabric Fence Filtration System. (To be employed and maintained along backyard fence lines extending past end of
earthwork area at NE corner of property to contain any soil erosion.)
b. ER-901 Stabilized construction entrance. (Driveway to be kept clean and any dirt or mud cleaned up.)
c. ER-902 Sediment trap at nearby catch basin. (To be installed at the first catch basin to the East and first to the
West of site address and to the West of site address along 184th Street)

a. A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property based on the proposed stormwater facilities for the project. Please
