This letter is in response to your plan review comments on April 7, 2021 for the above referenced
project. An executive summary of the comments and responses for the review comment of the
structural portion are as follows.
2. It appears that there is a complete demolition of the existing deck. The plans state, that
there are existing structural members, that are going to remain for your project. Please
clarify/correct this on the plans.
Response - The existing deck will be demo and build a new deck per plan. The
structural drawings and calculations are updated for the new deck.
