I have submitted new architectural plans, engineering plans and the engineering calculations.
A summary of the revisions are:
We changed the windows in the master bedroom and the kitchen.
We have also put a roof over the NW deck. There has been NO change in the amount of impervious
area as this roof is over existing impervious area below the deck. (a patio)
We have added a door on the north side of the house so you can access the deck from the family room.
All these revisions can be found on page 3 and 4 of the plans and highlighted by triangle #3.
