Revision to BLD2022-1293
Staying within the established building footprint, we would like to:
Extend the kitchen and dining room area to where the covered walk -way and porch were.
Change the ceiling heights from 7'9" on the 15Y floor and 10' on the 2nd floor to 9' tall on both.
Reduce the roof pitch and height.
Slide the primary bdrm to be above the living room, to create space for another bdrm on the 2nd floor.
Enclose part of the roof deck.
