In accordance with the requirements of the City of Edmonds, further analyses were
conducted by our firm. The purpose of our additional work was to fulfill the city's
requirements regarding analysis of possible landslides over the next 25 year period.
Our analyses indicate there is less than a thirty percent (<30%) probability of a landslide
on this property over the next 25 years. The proposed on -site improvements increase the
stability of the site by providing slope reinforcement via walls and controlled drainage.
In our judgment the plans and specification prepared by the structural engineer conform
to the recommendations in our geotechnical report and the risk of damage to the proposed
development.or to adjacent properties is minimal subject to the conditions set forth in the
report. The proposed development does not increase the potential for slope movement.
